This site is dedicated to Jason Mical's Fallout PnP 2nd Edition and 3rd Edition, which are well-written, unofficial tabletop iterations of the Fallout universe.

The administrator of this site goes by the name Settyness and it runs on his custom-built, flat file CMS, Hella Admin. The purpose of this site is to create a dynamic system resource directory, aimed at improving upon and appending to the currently existing system resources, hence "4th Edition". This version branding is non-official, and serves only as a metaphor for the project's aims. "4th Edition" is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by anyone.

This project is constantly growing as more official Fallout content is released and "4th Edition" will represent the newest, and most up-to-date systems while still remaining backwards compatible with older system resources.
